General Terms and Conditions of the Online Shop of AVOX VERLAG
Section 1 Scope and Definitions
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries made by us to consumers in the version valid at the time of the order.
(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (section 13 BGB).
Section 2 Conclusion of Contract and Storage of Contract Text
(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of contract apply to orders placed via our online shop at www.avox-verlag.de.
(2) In the event of a contract being concluded, the contract is entered into with:

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) When an order is received in our online shop, the following procedure applies:
- Selection of the desired goods
- Confirmation by clicking the button indicating an order subject to payment
- Review of the information in the shopping cart
- Proceeding to checkout
- Login after registration and entry of login details (email address and password) and/or payment processing via PayPal Express
- Final review and correction of the entered data if necessary
- Binding submission of the order by clicking the button for a chargeable purchase
Before submitting the binding order, the consumer may return to the page on which the customer’s data is recorded by using the Back button of the internet browser and correct any input errors, or cancel the ordering process by closing the browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated email (order confirmation). By this, we accept the customer’s offer.
(5) We store the contract text and send the order data and our terms and conditions by email. Past orders can be viewed in the customer account area under My Account and My Orders.
Section 3 Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices stated include the applicable statutory value-added tax unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
